Oh, and Google released the beta for their "Chrome" web-browser as well today.

Chrome seems like a neat concept, but i dont know whether i like the sounds of a browser which logs everything about you, whose ToS force me to give google all my Intellectual Propertie that passes through their browser, think ill give it a miss or use it from source as long as theres no as long as that browser uses the same ToS sort of thing happening.

It could certainly be interesting, and for actual usability I've heard mixed things about it. As you said, however, the ToS are a little interesting and at the moment I don't really have a lot of time to spend experimenting.
